1. Check Your Wooden Planter For Drainage Holes

2. Fit Your Chosen Plastic

3. Fix Your Plastic in Place
Staple or nail tack into place , pull the formative taut as you go . Leave enough way for it to settle in the corner .

4. Trim the Excess Plastic
Trim off excess with kitchen scissors and add basic where needed .
5. Pierce Your Drainage Holes
Use the screwdriver or pencil to force through the charge card in railway line with the drainage hole .
This is an important tone . Without drainage holes in the plastic , you ’re creating a swamp and not manyplantscan survive those conditions !
For the longest life potential , handle the exterior of your wooden planter with a wood paint , decking oil , or preservative .
I useddecking oil(I apply it before adding the liner ) as I had some leave over from anele the decking .
