Union Minister of Science & Technology , Dr. Jitendra Singh today inaugurate the first - of- its - tolerant " National Speed Breeding Crop Facility " at the premier National Agri - Food Biotechnology Institute ( NABI ) in Mohali .
Speaking on the occasion as chief guest , Dr. Jitendra Singh sound out , " this opening move is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi ’s precedence of reduplicate the farmer`s Income , ensuring their economical empowerment and kick upstairs Agri - StartUps " . Dr. Jitendra Singh , while highlighting the recent accomplishment of institute under the Ministry of Science & Technology , said , " Our institutes have specialized technologies in yield , flowers , and crop cultivation through modern genic mean value .
