At BBC Gardeners’ World Live at the NEC, Birmingham, the Liz Earle Beauty Co’s Botanical Garden bloomed into life, and took home the Best Construction Landscaper 2023 award. Find out more about the garden journey below.
Making preparations…
We caught up with Lucy Bravington for part one of her garden journeying , as she go hedge hunting , chit-chat greenhouse and commissioned the sculpture for the focal point of the garden
Onsite at the NEC
At the NEC beforehand of the Show , Lucy was busy bringing the Show Garden to life with the squad . From careful hedge positioning to paving the beautiful coastal garden , the team were meddlesome until the judgement of the gardens …
The awards
On Wednesday before the Show undecided , after the assessment by the judges were finalised , the award presentation took position , and the team were awardedGoldfor the Show Garden . And what ’s more , the garden also took homeBest Construction Landscaper 2023 .
and then…Show time!
The garden gates get around open to BBC Gardeners ’ World Live , and visitant enjoyed exploring the garden . Ethnobotanist , James Wong made daily appearances on the garden to partake in insights into the world power of the featured plant . What ’s more , the Liz Earle Beauty Co. team were on manus by the garden , with plenty of advice , tips , selective information about Liz Earle Beauty Co. ’s products , and even script massage !
