This expansion include the late hiring of Jen Miner , an experienced horticultural manufacture expert , as a vendor broadcast manager and the promotion of current team member Sarah Rasch to associate seller program coach for McHutchison and Vaughan ’s Horticulture .
Jen Miner

Prior to recently connect McHutchison and Vaughan ’s Horticulture as a vendor plan manager , Miner worked at Pacific Plug and Liner for the past 5½ years as a westerly regional gross revenue managing director who increased commercial enterprise in the westerly U.S. and Canada . She worked at EuroAmerican Propagators before that as a territorial dominion manager selling both ocean liner and finished plants . Miner has been in the gardening industry for 36 class , where she has done everything from landscape painting instalment to owning her own retail location . With an wide sale background , she is passionate about plants , enjoy working with others , and conceive everyone she has met along the means to be part of her diligence family .
Sarah Rasch
Rasch has been an asset to McHutchison and Vaughan ’s Horticulture in customer service for the retiring eight geezerhood , support the sales event squad and selecting key account . She also serve as a mentor and training lead for the customer divine service squad . Prior to join McHutchison and Vaughan ’s Horticulture in 2014 , she worked with Aris Horticulture and McGregor Plant Sales while gain several years of output experience along the way in her professional career .
