Peppermint Coconut Sugar Scrub Recipe
This sugar chaparral is easy as can be to make ! There are only three main element : Cocos nucifera oil , sugar , and peppermint candy .
I used freshpeppermint from my garden , but if you do n’t have fresh you may usedried peppermint gum . you’re able to even use peppermint from a tea bag if that ’s what you have on handwriting !
First you need to check that that your coco palm oil is soft , but not totally melted . Then cream the dough into the muted coconut crude oil and add the passel leaves .
Add thepeppermint essential oiland optionalspirulina powderfor color ( I did not use spirulina because the fresh mountain leaves are pretty green in color ) and stir everything together well .
That ’s all there is to it ! To store , or for gift giving , outdo the sugar scouring into a nice jar with a lid . I used a squatwide backtalk one-half dry pint Ball Jarwhich seemed to work well for this use .
In the bookMake & Give Home Apothecary , Stephanie says :
“ Package the bush in a jar with a chalkboard label , then use a liquid chalk pen to write the label . Wrap jute string around the top of the jolt just under the eyelid and tie in a bow . ”

Use this sugar chaparral in the bathing tub or shower bath to leave your peel palpate flabby and smooth . The mint is cooling and bracing and the coco palm oil is moisturizing . The aromatherapy from the peppermint will lift your mood as well !
